You should do that within six months of your last contact with us or within six years of the act or omission about which you are complaining occurring (or if outside of this period, within three years of when you should reasonably been aware of it).
Following contact being made by you regarding a complaint or concern a copy of our Complaints Procedure Summary will be provided to you which details how complaints are dealt with, by whom and the timetable from receipt of a complaint, its investigation and the outcome.
